This session will focus on effective strategies for creating unique opportunities for students to collaborate using GAFE including docs, slides, forms, and Hangouts. Specifically, we will look at how lessons/projects that utilize Google Apps can connect students of various grade levels and encourage collaboration within the same school and beyond. Collaboration creates a dynamic learning environment and provides opportunities for formative assessment and student reflection. We will also focus on workflow strategies to maximize Google Drive on the iPad and integrate iPad App creations with Google Apps for authentic products that will enrich lessons/projects.
