Today’s students are active learners - they process knowledge by doing and living situations that help them put their understanding in practice. With the increase in the number of simulations and academic “experience” games, teachers have the unique opportunity to provide learners with these experiences. The best part? Google Apps for Education can help assess students’ understanding in great game-based learning!

In this session, we will cover how to locate, evaluate, and properly implement great games for learning by seeing practical examples found on the Google Chrome Store and many other places on the web! In addition, we will talk about how educators can use tools like Google Docs, Screencastify, Google Classroom, and much more to demonstrate their understanding of these simulations and educational games.
