Storytelling allows your students to express thoughts, ideas, and emotions in a multitude of forms. By using their voice in the form of Podcasting, students are given a creative outlet that allows interaction between peers and community through the broadcast of published work. The Podcasting process allows students develop creativity, work as a team, and communicate a story as they create rich, multimedia-driven and authentic projects. During this session we will break down the steps necessary in bringing Podcasting to your classroom, and will learn how to use the web-based tool, SoundTrap. You will walk away with tips and tricks on the Podcasting process as well as ways to implement this project type into your own learning environment.
